Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond to an enquiry without sufficient details.
Technical website information: Our hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, access times and diagnostic or security information needed to deliver and protect the website.
The current website does not offer visitor accounts, online payments or a website enquiry submission form.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, discuss projects and services, manage business and contractual relationships, operate and secure our website, maintain appropriate records and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use general business enquiries to send unsolicited direct marketing communications.
4. Grounds for processing
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be necessary to respond to a request, take steps towards or perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, pursue a legitimate and lawful business purpose where permitted, or act on your valid consent. Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
5. Website hosting, cookies and external services
Our website is hosted using Vercel. Hosting and security services may process technical request information, including IP addresses and system logs. The website also loads externally hosted fonts, which may involve requests to external providers.
The website is intended to operate without optional visitor analytics, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking tools at launch. Essential technical mechanisms may still be used to operate or protect the website. If non-essential tracking is introduced, we will review the relevant notices and implement any legally required consent arrangements. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
6. Sharing personal information
We do not sell personal information. Where necessary, information may be shared with authorised employees or representatives, hosting, email and IT providers, professional advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations, and public authorities where required or permitted by law. We seek to limit disclosures to what is reasonably necessary.
7. International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside Ghana. Where international processing or transfers occur, we assess applicable legal requirements and take appropriate contractual, organisational or technical steps to protect the information.
8. Information security
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions against unauthorised access, misuse, loss, alteration and unlawful disclosure, including secure website connections and appropriate access restrictions. No electronic communication or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. How long we retain information
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose and applicable legal, contractual or regulatory obligations. Enquiries are retained as needed to respond and manage related correspondence; commercial records may be kept for the relevant relationship and legal retention period; and technical records follow operational requirements and hosting arrangements. When information is no longer required, we take appropriate steps to delete, destroy or anonymise it.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your information; object to certain processing; request that processing stop or information be blocked, erased or destroyed where legally applicable; withdraw consent where relied upon; object to direct marketing; and challenge certain solely automated decisions.
